Final Project Idea Continued (Concept in post before this)
This is the style that I want to make my final project in. This is a photoshop illustration I finished a few days ago. I want to create an image using my own drawing like I created this.
I think your drawing level and coloring is very advanced. I'm imagining where your project could go. I was thinking you could use a collage of photographs from the beach as your background.
You seem to have a knack for drawing. I like the ideas you are interested in as well. Did you consider the graphic novel approach? even if it is just one page? Seems like your style might benefit from a narrative. Japanese anime as a point of departure also comes to mind. The image above is out of context, so not sure if it is just an experiment. How would your ideas be conveyed? Try to have a rough blueprint by Monday of where you think it might be going. Contemporary graphic novels really break out of the grid/panel left to right traditional comic book approach, creating a much more unified page as a design. Try to get something concrete conceptually by Monday if possible.
